All products are non-refundable and are provided without any warranties, either express or implied. Refund Policy

Please review and understand our refund policy to be fully aware of your rights and limitations under Smart Class Help' policy. Refunds are only granted in specific situations as outlined below:

Change of Mind:

Once an order is placed, we assign dedicated experts immediately. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, though refunds may be considered for unsatisfactory performance.

Incompetent Delivery:

If the final work does not meet the project requirements (as documented by the customer), we are committed to providing 100% satisfaction and will offer unlimited revisions. If the final delivery still does not meet expectations despite revisions, a refund will be processed with mutual agreement on a set percentage (only if the delivery significantly deviates from the agreed requirements).

Late Delivery:

We aim for on-time delivery, but if we miss the deadline, and after at least three attempts to contact us, it is determined that the delay was our fault, a refund will be processed with documentary evidence.

Refund Timeframe:

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered. Be sure to note the refund claim deadline when placing your order.

Cases Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued:

Refunds will not be issued for late delivery due to technical issues. In such cases, partial refunds or future purchase discounts may be offered by mutual agreement. The company is not responsible for delays caused by the customer, and refunds will not be provided for minor editing issues.
